Open your mobile Trust Wallet app. Go to settings, and select your wallet.

Click on the info icon.

Click on "Show Secret Phrase".

Check the checkbox and click on "Continue".

Write down your recovery phrases in a safe place.

Now open your mobile Metamask app and click "Import using Secret Recovery Phrase".

Fill your Secret Recovery Phrase from your Trust Wallet app, enter a new password and click on "Import"
